Important notes from Bintan Resort Ferries
  • Ferry schedule with effect from 01 Apr '02
  • Passport details are required at time of booking
  • Please ensure name & passport details are accurate and completed (Note that boarding pass cannot be generated with incomplete information)
  • Please collect your boarding pass at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal counter at least one hour before departure time. BRF reserves the right to cancel the booking if boarding pass is not collected 30 minutes before departure time
  • A fee of S$5 per ticket will be imposed for each amendment made (excluding Fri, Sat, Sun & Public Holidays). Additional S$2 per ticket will be imposed if a ticket needs to be re-issued. A service fee of S$3 per ticket will be charged for every amendment. Cancellation less than 2 hours from time of departure will not be entertained (ticket will be considered invalid and no refund will be given).
